South Korea, mix of modernity and customs, reflect of Asia but buttressed by USA. Attached to Asian continent even so denied of every land access. Fifty years ago, it was an underdeveloped country, nowadays this is one of the twelveth powerfullest global economies.

This country has multiple names : Dahean Min-guk is the Hangul name (local language); Republic of Korea is the long version, "The Land of Morning Fresh", often translated wrong "The Land of Morning Calm"; South Korea is rich incontrasts and colors and unfortunetaly not enough known.
